Last Updated: March 17, 2026. This document outlines the structural handling of data within Fuji Systemic Metrics. In an environment defined by high-complexity risk analytics, we apply the same rigorous standards to personal information as we do to systemic metrics.

01 Data Point Ingestion

We collect information that is strictly necessary for professional consultation and the delivery of risk analytics. This typically includes identifiers such as your name, corporate email address, and professional title communicated via our inquiry channels.

When engaging with our digital environment, technical telemetry (IP addresses, browser configurations, and interaction timestamps) is logged to maintain the security and operational integrity of our diagnostic tools. This is not used to build individual consumer profiles, but to optimize the delivery of systemic metrics across various industrial infrastructures.

02 Functional Processing

We do not trade or sell personal identifiers. Data usage is restricted to the following operational parameters:

  • Executing consulting agreements and project delivery for high-complexity industries.
  • Providing requested documentation regarding our proprietary methodology and analytics scope.

03 Temporal Limits

Records are retained only for the duration required to satisfy the specific purpose of collection or as mandated by Japanese legal requirements for corporate record-keeping. Once the analytical engagement is concluded and legal windows have closed, data is purged from our active systems according to our internal sanitation protocols.

04 Subject Agency

Regardless of geography, we honor the right of any individual to understand how their data is stored. You have the right to request:

Access & Correction View your data or correct inaccuracies within our records.
Erasure Request the removal of non-essential personal data from our history.
Restriction Limit the scope of how your information is utilized during an active project.
Portability Receive a copy of your personal identifiers in a structured format.
